Extra Margin
Most of our pieces are designed with extra margin to allow for minor alterations if needed with your local seamstress.
Customization
We do not offer customizations for all ready-to-wear items. However, we do offer the option to custom design an outfit, please contact our team for more details.
Refunds
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the intricate nature of our fabric and the unique designs of our collection, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Damage from Shipping/Delivery
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping or delivery mishaps, please contact our team at info@mevyscloset.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Delivery Time
On average, most pieces are shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of placing your order.
Once your order is purchased, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with your order number to track your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. During the checkout process, you will see the shipping cost associated with your order before making a payment.
For orders over $500 USD, we offer free standard shipping. Orders that meet the free shipping threshold will have the shipping charges automatically deducted during checkout.
International Order
Currently, we are not accepting international orders. Our services are exclusively available for customers within the domestic USA.
